Welcome to Secora Antivirus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Secora Antivirus mobile application ("the App") operated by Rocket Internet ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By downloading, installing, or using the Secora Antivirus app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your personal mobile device, subject to these Terms.

While Secora Antivirus is designed to detect and protect against known threats, no antivirus solution can guarantee 100% protection against all malware, viruses, or security threats. New threats emerge daily, and detection methods cannot identify every possible threat.

The App is provided free of charge. We do not currently charge any fees, run ads, or require subscriptions. We reserve the right to introduce premium features or paid tiers in the future, with clear disclosure to users.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ROCKET INTERNET, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR DEVICE DAMAGE) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed ₹100 (one hundred Indian Rupees) or the amount you paid for the App (whichever is greater).

The App may interact with third-party services (such as Google Safe Browsing). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The App, including all content, features, source code, design, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Rocket Internet. Secora Antivirus™ and the Secora logo are trademarks of Rocket Internet. You may not use these without our prior written permission.
We may release updates to the App from time to time. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, performance improvements, or security patches. By using the App, you consent to receiving such updates.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time, with or without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold Rocket Internet harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
